The steaming function steams veggies with a timer programmable for up to 58 minutes. It will also take on the tasks of a slow cooker. For cooking soups or stews, you can program slow cooking for up to 12 hours on either the high or low temperature setting. The slow cook functions allow you to prepare the components of a meal before work or at some convenient time during the day. It even has a pre-programmed course for making fresh, homemade tofu!
